Meet the professionals who can help you pursue your goals
We help individuals and families pursue their ideal retirements.
Founder and CEO
Timothy Fitzwilliams’ passion for helping others stems from his own family’s experience. During his early years, he watched his father struggle with medical issues and insufficient insurance coverage from his military retirement, causing financial strain for the family. The circumstances gave him firsthand knowledge of the importance of good financial planning and inspired him to help others create financial confidence through strategic asset protection.
Timothy has more than a decade of experience in the financial services industry and is a Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) member. A sought-after speaker, Timothy frequently presents informational seminars on tax-free retirement income and Social Security strategies. He is a frequent contributor to a variety of media outlets, including Fortune, CNN Money, Fox News, ABC, CNN, CNBC and the Virginian-Pilot.
Timothy holds his life, health and annuities licenses in 10 states, including Virginia, North Carolina and Maryland. A graduate of George Mason University, Tim was invited to study at the University of Oxford and the University of Cambridge before graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in economics.
Family means everything to Timothy. He and his wife, Corrine, live with their two sons, Timmy and Luke, and Corrine’s mother in Chesapeake, Virginia. Timothy’s mother is also close by in her detached “in-law quarters.” An Eagle Scout, Timothy enjoys spending time leading Cub Scouts, volunteering at his church and participating in taekwondo.
Corrine Fitzwilliams has been Timothy’s business partner since 2008. As marketing director, Corrine covers a variety of roles, making sure clients receive exceptional service in every interaction with the firm. Her personal mission is to help people plan for retirement in a safe, smart way.
Corrine served in the U.S. Navy for eight years, first as an intelligence specialist before becoming an air traffic controller. One of her strongest memories from her years in the Navy was working the control room on 9/11. Corrine’s years in service trained her to pay attention to details and manage stressful situations.
Corrine holds her life, health and annuities license in Virginia. She earned her bachelor’s degree in human services and applies the knowledge she gained from that degree in every client interaction.
Outside of work, Corrine serves on the board for Carpenters House International, the church she attends with her husband, Timothy, and their children, Timmy and Luke. She holds a blue belt in taekwondo and enjoys volunteering at church, reading and completing logic-based puzzles. Corrine lives by two major principles: “Always take care of family” and “God is good.”
